Creator, Editor, and currently only the Staff Member:Talisha Harrison
In 2000, she graduated high school and in 2003 graduated with honors from Seminole Community College. In December of 2006, Talisha graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida, majoring in Liberal studies and a minor in Health Sciences.
Talisha has participated in the McKnight (Thurgood Marshall) Achievers in Middle School, and during all four years of high school, she participated in the Upward Bound Program at Rollins College and also in the Youth Leadership of Orlando Junior Achievement Program during her junior year. She participated in the Science Merit Program at Seminole Community College and was inducted into the Beta Club at Rocklake Middle School and the Golden Fleece Honor Society at Lake Mary High School.
She was awarded third place for her essay in the MADD Poster/Essay contest in 1998, the National History and Government Award in 1999, first place in her English IV Honors class for her satire Ah the Joys of being a Racist! in 2000, and the National Leadership and Service Award in 2000. Tali is the creator and editor of Kehila Magazine which is an online quarterly magazine for Jews of Color and one of the writers for the upcoming all female anthology Womanthology. Currently Tali posts her thoughts and comic scripts on her tumblr blog The Diary of a Novice Comic Book Writer. She hopes to eventually become and editor and writer of comic books, magazines, and newspapers. Tali would love to one day write Deadpool, The Punisher, X-men, and X-23 as well as her own creations.
